Ulsan, Korea – June 30, 2013

Dear Customer,

As one of the co-leaders of Polymer Stabilizers in the world, Songwon has a vision to be Salient in Additives and become the supplier of choice for Polymer Additives through our continued commitment to providing better quality, better service and better value to our customers.

We are eager to be amongst the first companies to introduce value added products – and our programme of new product introductions demonstrates our leadership in innovation, technology and production-capabilites.

This leadership position also requires us to continuously assess our commitment to existing products – in a way that best serves our customers and resources.

After careful evaluation of the aminic product line in light of our corporate strategy, our position in the market and the value we bring to our customers we have decided that AO RD and AO FR are no longer part of our core product range.

As a consequence we decided to streamline our operations and discontinue our AO RD and AO FR product line. Please note that orders can be placed until July 31st , 2013 – with final deliveries taking place before the end of October 2013.

If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to get in contact with your Songwon account manager.

Yours sincerely,
Olivier Keiser
EVP Business Management
Member of the Executive Board
